Genuport Trade GmbH is a synonym for highest competence in sales and marketing for food brands – and they have been for 65 years already. Genuport offers a diverse variety consisting of sweet pastries, salty snacks, articles for children, drinks, cereals, spreads, fine foods, spices, and canned fruits and vegetables. They are doing the marketing for over 40 national and international food brands, including Ovomaltine, Marabou, Daim, and Isostar. That makes Genuport one of the largest importers and distributors of luxury items and food in Germany.
Genuport imports and sells food from more than 30 countries. While doing so, we always focus on innovative brands in their respective categories. In the section of sweet pastries we are represented by the specialties of Biscuiterie Charlotte, Delacre, Elledi, Friesische Waffeln, Ghiott Firenze, Kambly, Macarons de Pauline, Mc Vitie’s, Ovomaltine, Pasticceria Italiana, Pâtisserie France, Pepperidge Farm, and Roland. The salty snacks by Amica Chips, Carr’s, Cräx, Mon Village, POPZ, Roland, Snyder’s of Hanover, Too Good, Tyrrells, and Yinwa are also an important part of our product range. Furthermore, we offer sweets by Altoids and Rocky Mountain Marshmallows as well as the children's items by Bob's Magic. Chocolate brands such as Cadbury, Côte D’Or, Daim, Marabou (including but not limited to the flavours Daim, Oreo, and Mint praline), Mirabell, Ovomaltine, and SCHO-KA-KOLA enrich our portfolio. In the area of beverages, we sell drinking chocolate by Caotina and Ovomaltine, sports nutrition by Isostar and tea by Twinings. Additionally, cereals by Weetabix, Fluff spread, the gourmet line Baxters, Jack Daniel's barbecue sauces as well as canned fruits and vegetables by Del Monte enhance our wide range of products.
We have excellent connections to all the important channels of the food industry – not only in Germany but in Austria as well. Our clients include well-known self-service warehouses, consumer markets and supermarkets, warehouses and department stores, C+C markets, drug stores, discounters, and convenience shops. The tasks of the sales department can be categorized in two sections: The key account management serves all our key clients, while our strong sales representatives cover all relevant areas of the retail sale. That is how we guarantee an individual service for our clients - with approximately 200,000 contacts with customers per year.
Besides sales our core competence is marketing. The market success of all products and brands is our number one goal. Therefore, it is our responsibility to use all options and marketing instruments to secure the best possible marketing mix in the respective product category. Our marketing concept includes integrated marketing campaigns, online presences, sales promotions, and raffles. We provide PR services, print, radio, TV and online for our partners. Based on the client's demands, full or individual services can be offered by our sales and marketing department.
