Mirabell is one of the most traditional brands in Austria and they are also the leader on the Austrian "Mozartkugel" market by far. The "Genuine Salzburger Mozartkugel" by Mirabell is the only one from Mozart's birthplace Salzburg. With astonishing attention to detail, they are still produced in the spirit of the original recipe by Paul Fürst. Each praline is a little work of art on its own: It requires 14 steps and more than two hours of preparation time. The center is made of marzipan, refined with pistachios, and surrounded by layers of dark and light praline cream, coated in finest rich dark chocolate.
