Rossini – variety for the Italian delight
The brand Rossini offers various Italian vinegar specialties:
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- White Wine and Red Wine Vinegar, and
- White Dressing.
Rossini’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena consists of 78% Wine vinegar and 22% concentrated grape must.
It has aged in barrels for 2 months and it has a 6% acidity. With its fine, sweet and sour taste, it is suitable for seasoning cold and hot dishes such as salads, antipasti, meat, fish, sauces, vegetables, and spicy desserts.
The fine Rossini vinegar specialties from Italian white or red wine with an acidity of 6% are perfect for the Mediterranean cuisine.
They are ideal for seasoning salads and antipasti, for marinating vegetables, fish and meat.
The White Dressing is a blend of white wine vinegar and grape must – a condiment (Italian Condimento) produced in the province of Modena in Northern Italy. The grape must is obtained exclusively from white grape varieties of the region. The acidity of the Rossini White Dressing is between 5.4% and 5.6%.
With its sweet and sour flavour and its incomparably mild aroma, it is suitable for cooking, stewing, as a marinade, and for salad dressings.
